Outside, in a dedicated compartment/niche with door and shelving next to the shower, there is a washing machine for exclusive guest use with supplied detergent and fabric softener.

• Final cleaning fee: 100 €.
• Security deposit: upon check-in, €300.00 in cash must be paid as a security deposit, with a written receipt issued. The deposit is fully refunded upon check-out after inspecting the property, furnishings, and equipment.
• Tourist tax: €1 per person per night; disabled persons, caregivers, and children up to 2 years of age are exempt.
• Linen & extra changes: bed linen and bath towels are included for every guest for the entire stay. Any extra supply or change requested during the stay is available for a fee: bed linen (complete set) €10 per person; bath towels (1 shower sheet + 1 towel + 1 bidet towel) €8 per person.
• Security & Video Surveillance: Villa Anurag has video surveillance devices installed exclusively in the external areas of the property. There are no video surveillance devices inside the home or in private guest areas. Monitored outdoor areas are clearly marked. Devices do not record or archive video images.

"Unbeatable location: 150 meters from the sand of Baia Verde! With two small children, it was fantastic not having to touch the car. The villa is independent, very spacious, and the fenced garden is perfect for children to play. The Family Pack with cribs, high chair, and beach toys was extremely convenient."
